Companion:
A Namazu sometimes accompanies her that she calls 'Fishsticks' and while he has a name he's never bothered to correct her, thinking the derogatory term is a compliment. S'eidr won him during a card game with a man who had made the Namazu part of the pot to be rid of the beastkin. Fishsticks believed he owed the man a life debt, and after S'eidr won he transferred that to her, despite her efforts to get him to leave.

About

Blessed by the twelve or by sheer dumb luck, she was found floating on a piece of debris from an unlucky trade vessel in the Sirensong Sea by H'alstein Lovell when she was a small child. Upon waking she took to the miqote and refused to separate from him, leading his friends to tease him later about their similar features being proof their meeting was destined. H'alstein finished the job that had led him aboard the ship that found her and returned to Limsa Lominsa. After failed attempts to look into the trade ship she'd been on she was adopted by H'alstein.Her sense of 'home' is a strange blend of Limsan culture mingled with Ala Mhigan as H'alstein originally was displaced from there. Raised amongst the scent of a salty sea breeze mixing with grilled fish, the bright glare of the sun hitting the white stonework, and the busy sounds of a Limsan dock when she was in the city. Within their home, there were bright fabrics, beautiful jewelry, salted and spiced meats, and hearty dishes of her father's homeland.While H'alstein tried to find suitable tasks for a child such as cooking and mending clothes, S'eidr did accompany him on smaller assignments in her younger years. Thus she was taught to wield blades early on due to necessity as well as for religious reasons. Despite being in her early twenties she is quite skilled as a rogue, having been raised around rogues, mercenaries, and adventurers. The Kojin's Blessing, a gift that she has had as long as she can remember makes her just as effective and deadly in water as on land.She met I'lydia in Limsa when they were teenagers and immediately decided she would befriend the heiress. A decision made simply because she found I'lydia pretty and not often did S'eidr see Au Ra in the city. She started to wear her scales in rainbow colors not long after, as I'lydia introduced the habit to her. Friendship eventually turned into something more and once things seemed right they became eternally bonded.S'eidr was persuaded and joined in a venture with I'lydia to open Stardust Keep. A museum dedicated to restoring and displaying relics of the star. Here she works in administration and security. While being in a leadership position makes her slightly uncomfortable, she has started to grow into it. The museum originally was located on a small plot in the Mist. After a year the decision was made to move Stardust Keep to Empyreum to better handle the growth due to donations and discoveries. Though, being Au Ra in Ishgard came with its own setbacks that neither S'eidr or I'lydia enjoyed. It was due to the Final Days that I'lydia's parents made the decision that the museum would be moved once more to a location that they felt would keep their daughter and her wife safe. Stardust keep is now located in Shirogane. While it isn't Limsa, S'eidr enjoys being near a port city again. To her, it feels more like home and has encouraged her to pursue the disappearance of her adopted father H'alstein.
